6 Steps to get UNSTUCK,
find CLARITY,

1. Gratitude - Practice being grateful for all that you have, instead of focusing on what you don't have. 

2. Forgiveness - Is the key that unlocks your freedom.  If your unsure who to forgive?  Any hurtful memory. 

3. Healthy Boundaries - Distance yourself from unhealthy relationships and situations to protect your peace. (Learn more in the Amazing Grace Retreat Lifestyle Book)

4. Morning Routine - Try getting up 30 minutes early to pray, journal, and stretch your body.  This will prepare you for a peaceful day. 

5. Vision for your Life -  Get a vision for the life that you really want.  What are the dreams that you have given up?  Practice visualizing or "seeing" your dreams come true.

6. Join our Community - Get in a group of like minded women who will encourage you on your Journey.
